The space Great location and proximity to the Park, Resort Boulevard, Narzan Gallery and drinking pump rooms, 10-15 minutes on foot! Within a walking distance there is the Central Market (with local tasty organic products!), Pyaterochka store, Pharmacy, Sberbank, Narzan baths, Lower Park. Public transport stop to any part of the city. Taxi average price to go around the whole city is 80 – 150 rubles. Parking under the windows of the apartment in a spacious landscaped green courtyard, there is always a place! The apartment has everything for your comfortable stay, new furniture and appliances of good quality. Guests are offered premium bed linen (always fresh), if there are individual needs, please specify immediately when booking, (whims are not fulfilled). The apartment is rented (to guests and vacationers from other cities and regions, for a quiet family holiday) for a maximum of 4 adults, children at the discretion and only of school age, with a guarantee of order. Guest access Careful attitude to property, maintaining cleanliness are unconditional requirements for all residents. No parties and noisy events in the apartment. Smoking is strictly forbidden, as well as pets (any). Upon check-in, a security deposit is required, which is returned in full if everything in the apartment is intact and in order. If you leave dirt and mess in the apartment, then the amount for cleaning the apartment will be charged from the deposit. All defects found shall be compensated by the Tenant. Check-in after 2pm, check-out before 12pm. If the apartment is available, other check-in times are discussed. Night check-in only in exceptional cases (flight delay, etc.) The price of accommodation varies depending on the season and holidays.
