A custom built Mid-Century Modern house with amazing woodwork from floor to ceiling every inch of the home. All on a dead end road along the Mianus River Gorge. No public entry on this side so you have hundreds of acres mostly to yourself (and a few neighbors if you can find them). A new separate private kitchen. Private nicely decorated rooms on a private stone patio with private entrances for each room and living room. The space In addition to two bedrooms, each with their own custom marble bathrooms. There is also a large (38 ft long) living room with massive stone fireplace, large glass wall and double doors out to a private stone patio that overlooks nature and nothing else. And if the indoor space isn't enough look at the patio. One private 50 foot long stone patio. And at the end of the patio is a beautiful screened tea house for dining or even sleeping. Guest access There is a spacious private kitchen for yourself. This kitchen is in addition to our (the hosts) kitchen. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator, microwave oven, large toaster oven and induction hot plate. There is no full oven. The kitchen also includes a full assortment of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. At one side of the kitchen also a stacked full size washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are also shared by us but we are happy to arrange only when it doesn't impact your stay. During your stay We are here to help find what you are interested in if you want. Other things to note The house is in a very quiet area with lots of space. The pictures don't even do it justice. Our neighborhood is a treasure for outdoors people. We do have a pair of golden retrievers that live with us. The Airbnb space is on the lower level of the house and, therefore, separated. The home is on a sloping property, so the lower level is not entirely below ground. Walk out to massive stone patios that look out and down over nothing but trees, as there isn't another house for miles behind ours.
