This unique 1806 post and beam barn was moved from Ossipee and transformed into a beautiful mountain home. With an open concept living space, 5 tv's, foosball table, horseshoe pit and billiards lounge, you won't be bored! After a long day on the slopes, warm up in the sauna or enjoy the custom heated, stone shower. Grill burgers, make pizza or enjoy s'mores while stargazing by the fire. BYO Dog The space Your family will enjoy the open concept living space. Have a family dinner around the large farmhouse table or sit the kids at their own table. The double kitchen offers everything you need to make the ultimate meal.  After a day on the slopes at any of our 5 local ski areas or hiking the White Mountains, Float down the Saco river , cozy up for a movie. Pour a cup of hot cocoa and sit in front of the gas fireplace while watching the snowfall.  Play a game of foosball or head to Sundance Lounge to shoot some pool and watch the game. Make your favorite cocktail at the bar or pour your beer in a chilled glass from the mini fridge. Grill your favorite foods or make it a pizza night and eat al fresco. Sit around the fire and roast marshmallows. Try your hand at a game of horseshoes. A comfortable entrance gives you a place to sit down and take off your heavy winter clothing. Beyond the entrance you will find a spacious mudroom to store all of your gear and dry your wet jackets on the clothes warmer. You can go home with a suitcase full of clean clothes, the laundry room is located just off the mudroom. Bedrooms & Bathrooms The master bedroom with king bed and a bathroom are conveniently located on the first floor. There is a second bathroom on the first floor just off the kitchen. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the second floor. One bedroom includes a queen bed and a sauna. The other bedroom has 3 twin beds, one of which is a trundle. The bathroom can be accessed from the queen room or second floor living space. The third floor includes a bedroom with a queen bed and loft with a full size bed.  The second floor Living space  The fun doesn't stop on the first floor. Enjoy a game of pinball, listen to some music or put on cartoons for the kids. Guest access You will have access to the entire home inside and out. Parking is just outside the entrance offering easy loading and unloading. Other things to note While the Mt. Washington Valley is known for its abundance of great restaurants, Sundance Lodge is built for making great meals. You will find all the cookware and utensils you could need. 2 fridges, double oven, large cooktop and ample counter space. Not to mention the outdoor grill and pizza oven! We suggest you swing by a local grocery store on your way through town and stock up on supplies.
