Cozy beach house with ocean view

The house is located in the village of Svarte, which has a popular beach with a swimming jetty and beach café. From the house you have a panoramic view of the sea that is reached 100 meters below the plot (a road in between). The garden is fenced and is located on a corner plot. Balcony and fixed barbecue for charcoal. Play equipment in the garden, playhouse, seating area for children, sandbox, swing, several swings and rope ladders in the trees, baby swing. Parking with room for several cars. Train to Ystad and Simrishamn or Malmö/Copenhagen only a 5-minute walk. The space The house has fantastic sea views and is a stone's throw from the beach. In the south-facing position there is a terrace with dining area and barbecue. The large garden is fenced and offers lots of play. Playhouse, sandbox, swing, camping table for children, rope ladders, climbing ropes, rings and swings in the trees (also baby swing). We make the beds and provide towels for showering. You have to bring your own bath towels. Guest access In addition to the entire house, you have full access to the large south-facing garden on the corner plot. The sea view is included. Other things to note Below the plot is a road; the coastal road between Ystad and Trelleborg, which can be quite busy during the high season. However, the garden is fenced.
