Beautiful 3 Bedroom Countryside Cottage

Escape to the countryside in this beautiful cottage and explore the local scenery around Kent & East Sussex. With lots of National Trust and other Local attractions nearby to keep you busy before coming home to relax by the fire. The space **please read before booking** This beautiful Grade II listed cottage is located in the heart of Goudhurst village, with local amenities all within walking distance, including a friendly tearoom/bakery and convenience store. With only a small drive away to many wonderful local farmshops and pubs. The property is ideal for a group 4, however we can accommodate 5 if necessary, but please be aware of downstairs seating and that one single bed turns into a double (cannot be 2 separate singles). When you arrive at the property there is a drive with single parking space and free on street additional parking. You will have access to a communal shared garden at the rear. Details are in the Check-in email. The cottage offers a well equipped kitchen with everything you should need for your stay. There is also a washing machine, drying rack and iron should you need it. In the lounge you will find a TV, and a selection of books and board games for the cosy evenings in front of the log burner. We also have a dining table to seat 4 (there is a fold up chair if a 5th is needed). On the first floor there are two bedrooms. Both rooms sleep one person each (there is a pull out bed in one room which can be put up to make a double if needed) and also a bathroom. Please note the bathroom does not have a separate shower however, there is a handheld one over the bath. Up to the second floor is the main master bedroom with a double size bed. All bedrooms are provided with full bed linen and towels. Extra blankets and pillows are available if needed. * Please note the stairs are slightly narrow with low ceilings which may not be appropriate for limited mobility. Other things to note Pets are allowed with prior arrangement only, please note they must be supervised on a lead in our communal garden at all times, this communal garden is shared and child friendly, must also be kept clean from pet droppings and waste.
