Lolo Amado's Place is realized with a vision to offer an affordable staycation for groups of families and friends using used container van helping the earth in its solid waste management. It's not a fancy and exquisite place but it humbly offers basic amenities for a complete getaway, from kitchen utensils, karaoke set, open dining area to viewdeck. The space Carefully read prior to booking!! ROOM 1 - max 6 pax capacity ROOM 2 - max 7 pax capacity ROOM 3 - max 3 pax capacity We have 3 rooms in total but take note that the use of rooms are dependent on the no. of booked guests. The place is exclusive for a group of family and friends looking for relaxation. When you book the property it doesn't necessarily mean that you will have 3 rooms provided but will depend on the guests number. Hope you understand. Thank you. Guest access Guests could have access to all amenities of the place including the outdoor pool with mini pool, open dining and entertainment area, veranda coffee nook, container van viewdeck, and airconditioned container van rooms with full bathroom (rooms provided will be dependent on the no. of booked guests). Outdoor kitchen is fully functional with complete basic cooking utensils and barbeque grill (lpg use is 250php) and charcoal is available with a minimal fee). We also have cold water dispenser in the open dining area (mineral water is 60 php for 25-L galon). Other things to note Highly recommended to buy ingredients in your nearest wet market for simple meals to share with the whole family and friends since there is a fully functional kitchen and refrigerator available. Wet market is unfortunately far from the place. Nearest wet market which is highly recommended for fresh meats, veggies, seafoods, fruits, and all others are in Pampang Market in Angeles, Pampanga. HOUSE RULES: We are a pet-friendly facility and we have minimal charges of 508php for every pet you bring along. Ensure they are potty trained and not allowed to swim in the pool. 1. Smoking is allowed but please do it in outside areas. Please do not smoke inside rooms and CRs. 2. Refrain from leaving dirty dishes and cooking utensils in the sink when you check-out. Keep us maintain the cleanliness of the place. NOTE THAT THIS IS A CLEAN AS YOU GO PLACE. Dirty sink means additional cleaning fee for you. 3. Keep the rooms organized when you leave. Dispose garbage in trash bins. 4. Minimize noise after 10pm so as not to disturb nearby residents. 5. Help us save the mother earth by turning off aircons and other appliances when not in use. 6. Avoid horseplaying when climbing up the stairs to the CONTAINER VAN viewdeck and when swimming to avoid untoward incidents. 7. Watch out for children and infants playing near the pool. Take note that POOL DEPTH IS UP TO 5 FT. SO DO NOT EVER ALLOW CHILDREN SWIMMING WITHOUT ADULT SUPERVISION AND GUIDANCE!! PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION EVERYTIME!! WE DO NOT WISH YOU ANY HARM!! 8. Use of pool is until 11pm only or upon request to 12mn maximum, and will be available for use again the following day by 8am. Pool lights are turned off during pool shutdown. Note that pool maintenance is very important and can't be disregard for your own safety. We normalize pH and chlorine residuals during pool shutdown daily to ensure safe swimming experience especially for your little ones. 9. We don't provide TOWELS and TOILETRIES (except for tissues). Please bring your own. 10. We don't have thick blankets or comforter. You may bring your own as you wish. 11. Expect presence of flies most especially during rainy season and harvest time of nearby poultries. Flies are also attracted to seafoods, fish and we observed that their number increased when guests bring these foods with them. Since our dining area is outdoor, we recommend to cover foods every after eating to minimize the activity of flies. In any case, we place hanging fly traps, candles, and incense to reduce flies activities. We are not effective in removing them since we are outdoors. Also, since our theme is for you to stay outdoors, and we have few greens around, we have expected friendly visitors during day and night time. Insects attracted to lights stay in the open dining / entertainment area at night, especially after rain pouring. They may also make you hear sounds. Nonetheless, please enjoy your stay and cherish it as a new experience. They are harmless and they are god's tiny gifts to us. Remember they maintain our ecosystem! Kindly bring insect repellents for your protection, and as you please. PLEASE ONLY BOOK THE PROPERTY WHEN YOU AGREE TO THE HOUSE RULES! AND YOU ARE A GROUP NOT SENSITIVE TO INSECTS! WE'RE TRYING OUR BEST TO MINIMIZE THEM BUT AGAIN WE ARE NOT SUCCESSFUL DUE TO EXTERNAL FACTORS THAT WE HAVE NO CONTROL ABOUT!
