There is an old-style Claw Foot Tub in the Bathroom. Steeper than usual stairs Cable & WiFi Safe & Plentiful on-street parking. Window A/C units. Guest access There is a lock-box on the main front door of the house and there is a lovely common porch area. Once inside, your own private entry door is to the left, which leads up the stairs to the full 2nd floor apartment. Other things to note This is a full APARTMENT RENTAL in a quiet residential neighborhood. NOT A HOTEL or a short-term rooming house. Oyster Bay is lovely but it’s really not a tourist area. No loud music, late nights, not a party house. Occasionally there are emergency sirens for the volunteer firefighters and EMS.
