Advertised for 12 people, it accommodates up to 15 people (3 extra mattresses with additional value/consult the owner). Guest access Garage, solar heated pool, gourmet area. Totally flat house. Other things to note Families are welcome. Bed for 12 people. You can request up to 4 extra mattresses (with an additional cost of 150.00 per person/per stay). Direct payment to the owner. Covered garage for 2 large cars. Small cars can accommodate up to 4 cars, 2 covered and 2 uncovered spaces with automatic gate. Pool with solar heating. (Heating depends on the sun). We do not rent for parties; only the number of people stated in the lease are allowed on the property. We do not currently accept pets. Ambient sound after 10 p.m. Take out the trash during your stay (3f, 5f and Saturdays, 7 a.m.), and when you leave. Place it in the trash can, properly bagged.
