My place is close to public transport, parks, and white sand beaches. You’ll love my place because of the location, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, a parent and a child. Its a small studio condo, but it has a nice queen bed with ironed white sheets, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo & toiletries, beach chairs & bikes. So if you like to spend your time outdoors:at the pool,sunbathing at the beautiful sand beach, biking you will have fun. Please, take a note that the courtyard/pool area is non-smoking inside. There are designated smoking places outside the courtyard. Entire condo is for the guests. Swimminpool, gas grill & parking space are available for guests. Condo is in the high end residential neighborhood. It is across from Redington Beach. It also has a heated pool swimmingpool. There is a beautiful park for kids right next to the condo & very interesting Friendship park. Restaurants and bars within walking distance and many more a short drive away. You can either take a bus along Gulf Blvd or drive your car. You can walk or bike. Traffic is slow 35 mph and respectful. There is a beach trolley that runs all day long. There is wonderful picnic area near the pool where you can grill & eat :) Beach access is right across Gulf Blvd. Very convenient to get to. There is awesome outside garden for breakfast & lunch, convenience store and Conch Republic restaurant just a walking distance, Sweet Sage Café with short walk to your right from the condo. Gypsy Souls Coffee is to your right, across from Long Pier. You can bike to CVS which is open 24/7 and close by bike or Winn Dixie grocery store next to CVS.
