A beautiful setting with a very comfy and clean home. The house offers a screened in porch from which to watch beautiful sunsets and an outdoor Ramada from which to bird watch, grill or enjoy a glass of wine. Under the Oaks is located under 3 enormous oak trees; hence the name. These beautiful trees offer shade, scenery and homes to many varieties of birds. The space The home has 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has twin beds. There are 2 sofas that can also accommodate sleepers although they are not sleeper sofas. There are 2 full bathrooms. One has a shower, the second has both a bathtub and a shower. Plenty of towels, shampoo, conditioner and hand soaps are available for you use! The screened in porch provides gorgeous views of the Santa Rita mountains. The Outdoor ramada offers bird watching, sunrises and a great place to enjoy a glass of wine! Guest access Under the Oaks is deep in the rolling hills of Arizona wine and cattle country. Access instructions will be shared upon rental! Other things to note Under the Oaks is run by two sisters-Bronwyn Douglas Pedano and Morgan Douglas. Our family has been involved in theSonoita Valley for more than 50 years! Under the Oaks is on a dirt road!!!! It’s important to be aware of weather conditions. In our summer monsoons drive on the high sides of the road and don’t drive too slowly or too fast. We have a caretaker who can help and Morgan is pretty close by, too!
