Independent entrance garage apartment located on the back of our house with totally independent entrance. It has a queen size bed, WIFI, 10 minute walk to Downtown. Mini kitchen with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker. Plenty of space to store a bike. Great neighborhood with street parking available free on the weekends and two-hour limit during the week. There is free street parking during the week one block away from the apartment. Free EV charging one block away!! The space Our garage apartment is close to downtown Annapolis and several restaurants are available on walking distance. 2 blocks from one of the best breakfasts in Annapolis (Miss Shirley). The room has an independent entrance, comfortable bed, fluffy pillows, and a private bathroom. There is plenty of closet space. We do not accept pets because the room is carpeted. Ideal for a weekend getaway! Guest access Guests have separate entrance to the garage apartment which is located behind our house and street parking is available in front of the house. Please note that during the week there is a two-hour limit. You can park for free a block away from the house. Other things to note Mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee-maker are available in the room. I provide toiletries, towels, coffee, and tea. Free EV charging one block away!
