Located on over an acre, you'll experience star-filled skies as your group enjoys the peace and quiet of this lovely home. Come to McCloud for the snow skiing/boarding, mountaineering, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and to enjoy the small town charm. We can host up to 6 guests in this spacious 3 bedroom/2 bathroom home with a huge game room downstairs! Play pool, darts and enjoy our 2 Smart TVs! The space Enjoy this beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home located just outside of McCloud on over an acre. Upstairs you’ll find a delightful deck overlooking the quiet woods, partially covered and perfect for cooking on the gas BBQ in the summer or watching the snow fall in the winter. The main living area is upstairs and includes a cozy living room with a wood stove, electric heat and air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The spacious kitchen has everything you’ll need to prepare your meals and enjoy them on the dining room table. The three bedrooms upstairs each offer a cozy bed with newer linens. One offers a Full bed and the other two have Queens. The upstairs full bathroom has a nice shower stall and downstairs full bathroom offers a tub/shower combo. Down the spiral staircase, you’ll discover the game room! Complete with a pool table/ping pong table, dart board and cozy furniture with large Smart TV. Perfect for relaxing with friends and family! Licensed by the County of Siskiyou Use Permit # 2107 Guest access The entire property is for our guests enjoyment other than our locked storage room downstairs. Other things to note It's very important that guests are prepared for winter driving conditions when visiting in the winter months. We do have the driveway plowed but it will still be icy, along with the other roads in the area. Please check road conditions and be prepared for the conditions by driving a 4 wheel or All wheel drive vehicle and carry chains and be prepared to used them if needed.
