Located 10 minutes from Pont Audemer, this contemporary house completely renovated in 2020 will allow you to easily discover Normandy, it is perfectly suitable for 4 adults and 2 children. In less than 45 minutes you can visit Le Marais Vernier, Rouen, Le Havre, Honfleur, Deauville but also in 1 hour Etretat, Giverny, Caen... You can enjoy the garden: Heated pool at 28° in summer, trampoline, hut, swing and animals (chickens and cats on site). The space The house is ideal for families who love nature and animals, you will have a view of the neighbor's horses and have nice equipment to occupy your children such as the hut on stilts with the chickens below, the pool heated to 28° only in summer and in winter from September (therefore inaccessible), the swing, the trampoline and a basketball hoop! Board games and game consoles are available. It is very likely that you will come across our cats, so remember to let us know if you have any allergies. Guest access Access to the house is autonomous thanks to the key box located at the gate. Other things to note You will have all the comforts during your stay for your vacation: barbecue, fondue, raclette and pierrade.
