The host stays in the property as well but in a seperate floor and has seperate access to the Airbnb guests. the Airbnb guest has their own private floor, bathroom and kitchen. If we find that you arrive with more guests than you mentioned in the booking, an additional charge of $55 per additional guest will be applicable. If you plan on having a gathering with more than the allowed occupancy, then please let the host know so this can be approved. You may be asked to provide a security deposit in this circumstance.
