Accommodation for a quiet and safe stay. - Private car park secured by CCTV and with a gate (cars, vans, trailers, motorhomes, vans). - Breakfast included, available in the accommodation upon arrival. - 3 km from the A6 (Dijon Sud), close to the ring road for access to the A31, A39, A36 and A40. - Opposite the gendarmerie school, on the other side of the canal, 5 minutes by car. The space Our place is the one you need 😉 - 2 powerful and quiet fans are available. - A real breakfast COMPLIMENTARY - 3km. from the A6 (Dijon Sud), near bypass for access A31, A39, A36,. - Bed and bath linen provided. - Beds are made upon arrival. For babies, a travel cot with bed linen and a high chair and/or booster seat for your child up to 3 years old are available ON REQUEST. For children aged 3 and over, please indicate 1 child when booking. - 1 double bed (140×200) and 1 single sofa bed (90x200). If you would like to occupy TWO BEDS for TWO guests, please SPECIFY THIS AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. There will be a surcharge of 10 euros for preparing the second bed. - Check-in is from 6:00 PM. - Check out is before 10am. We try to accommodate requests where necessary, subject to availability. Barbecue available (from May to the end of August). The banks of the Canal de Bourgogne are close to the house (accessible on foot and by bike). You can enjoy lovely walks or bike rides and cycle to Dijon city centre (around 25 minutes) if you wish (two bikes are available on request when booking, from June to the end of August only). Please note that there are no shops in our village, only takeaway food. You will find everything you need within 3 km, in Longvic or in Bretennière. ⚠️Access to the accommodation for people with disabilities is not easy (small slope with no Japanese) Guest access Our large, enclosed and CCTV-monitored inner courtyard next to the accommodation will allow you to park the following in complete safety: motorbikes, two vehicles, a van, a delivery van, a trailer, a motorhome and a caravan. ⚠️ no electric recharging or water filling. You will have a gate remote to be fully self-sufficient. We also offer our biker friends to park 3 motorcycles in our garage in the basement of our house ONLY IF THIS IS POSSIBLE AND WE ARE PRESENT. (tools may be made available). ⚠️Attention: Access to the accommodation for people with limited mobility is not easy due to the slightly sloping path. We welcome our guests with pleasure, whenever possible, in person. However, if we are not available, check-in can be done independently. After 9pm, the entrance is only self-contained. Departures are usually self-contained. Being both engaged in a professional activity, it is sometimes difficult for us to be physically present. We are always reachable and do our best to make sure your stay goes smoothly.
