South West Wales self catering farm stay!

Fferm Ty’r Eithin (meaning Gorse House Farm in Welsh) is set within 25 acres of the peaceful and beautiful Carmarthenshire country side. Your weekend accommodation is Ty’r Eithin Bach (meaning Little Gorse House), a sensitively converted farm building which is self- contained, private and for your use only. Our location is completely secluded down a half mile track with no passing traffic. A real “get away” home from home! The space The accommodation consists of double bedroom just off the cosy living room, bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen, cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and all necessary utensils and crockery. Heating, cooking and hot water are electric. Outside there is a private sitting area overlooking fields and distant views. A short walk through the fields leads to our woodland. Safe parking for your vehicle is right next to your door and you don't even have to lock it! Guest access Because we are a weekend only "escape" there are no time limits on your arrival and departure. If you choose to stay for the three night break, you can turn up as early as you wish on Friday and leave at your leisure on Monday. Likewise on the four day visit you can leave at any time on Tuesday. You will not be following on the heels of our previous guests and that gives us plenty of time to prepare the accommodation for you. Also this gives you more time to enjoy the peace and tranquility of our location. Other things to note Ty’r Eithin Bach is your self-catering weekend retreat, but we do provide a welcome tray of tea, coffee, milk and sugar for that much needed refreshing cuppa after what may have been a long journey. Naturally we supply all bed linen, towels, dish clothes, kitchen towels, toilet paper and hand soap. A Morrisons Daily is our nearest food store about 1.5 miles away in Trimsaran villiage. There is also a Co op store about 3.5 miles away in Kidwelly for a more comprehensive range of items. All the major stores along with restaurants and pubs can be found in Llanelli about 20 minutes drive, with Swansea a bit further past Llanelli, or Carmarthen 30 minutes in the other direction. We don’t have Wifi, but all our online needs are met by excellent EE phone network coverage.
