The space Our house is located within the city yet offers a green and calm space for you to live and soak yourselves into. The house is fully functional and offers everything that you need for a comfortable stay. •Elegant interiors , well-lit and Ventilated space with attached balcony and a rooftop terrace. • Located at a distance of less than a km from Apollo Hospital, CBD Belapur. • The location will make your morning/evening walks fun as a short hike of 20-25mins can lead you up to the Parsik hill to enjoy a beautiful view from atop. • Eateries serving delicious food in the locality (Plenty of swiggy/Zomato delivery options are available) • 1.5-2km from seawoods and Belapur Station; 0.5km from ISKCON temple (aka Bhagwat Dham temple, Belapur) Our caretaker ChakraBahadur lives on a the terrace which has a separate room and a separate stairway. We have made sure that the privacy of the guests is not affected at all. He will help you with anything that you might need and will clean the house during your course of stay. All the nitty gritties will be taken care of by him so that you have a comfortable stay :) Guest access The entire house. Other things to note 1. Drinking alcohol, smoking and consuming any drugs/illegal substances is strictly prohibited. As the house is located within a society, any kind of loud music, parties or events too are prohibited. We have a very strict NO DRUGS policy 2. Please wash the utensils after use and keep the kitchen clean - the caretaker can do this for you at an additional nominal cost which goes directly to him; please let me/him know if that is required. 3. Cleaning will be done on alternate days (sweeping, mopping, dusting) and the charges for this are already included in the booking cost. Please let me know regarding this a day prior. 4. Visitors are NOT allowed. If you have any requests regarding this, please get in touch with me. 5. Playing cards, UNO, badminton rackets etc are kept in the cabinet below the microwave in the kitchen. Kindly keep them back in place after use. 6. Kindly inform us in advance if BBQ grill would be required during the duration of your stay. 7. The house is comfortable for 4 people- if needed, extra mattresses can be provided on request. Also, We have one tiny request to our guests to be careful about the delicate interiors of the house - glass tops, delicate furnitures etc. Also, we have put our heart and soul into doing up the home and we would be really happy if the house is taken care of as your own.
