Picture perfect seasonal cottage on Clinton's lovely Shore road. Directly across from beach, this cottage has wonderful water views and sea breezes. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Wonderful screened in porch in front to watch the people stroll by and the rear porch is great for grilling and sunsets w/ gas grill supplied! Walk right across the street down the path to the beach. Feel free to use our double kayak & bikes. Other things to note Air conditioning is only in the bedrooms but rarely needed- 2 window units and one portable. Also, the cottage is seasonal and not available to rent oct- april
