Our small peaceful village Deerhurst boasts of two Saxon churches, Oddas Chapel 11th C and St Mary's 8th C. It is on the River Severn with many footpaths & beautiful walks. The Forest of Dean, Cotswolds, Cheltenham Spa, Historic Tewkesbury, and Gloucester Docks/ Kingsholm are a short drive away. Ideal if you are looking for a peaceful base. Daffodil cottage orchard is part of a scheduled ancient monument. Good base for Cheltenham's international festivals as well as Gold Cup week. The space We offer twin beds or as a double in a beamed bedroom. There is an en-suite shower room. Tea and coffee making facilities are available in the room. Exclusive use of a sitting room with TV in barn conversion. There is a large garden with sitting areas also seating on the terrace outside the sitting room. We have two driveways on either side of the cottage so ample parking. Guest access Plenty of off street parking. We are 10 minutes drive from Tewkesbury and the motorway. Cheltenham is 15 minutes and Gloucester 20. There are mainline train stations in Cheltenham and Gloucester.
