From there you will enter the apartment with your keycard and the first thing you see is the breathtaking view of the entire Las Vegas strip. Walk out on your private balcony to take in the fabulous Las Vegas skyline and enjoy the fresh air. There are not many places that you can stay in Las Vegas where you have your own private balcony. Palms Place just recently allowed the owners to unlock their balcony doors. From the Stratosphere tower on the left, over the fancy Wynn Hotel, to the famous Bellagio with the beautiful fountains and of course the Caesars Palace. You can see it all - Life is good ! On your right you have the Luxor Pyramid and you can even see the brand new LV Raiders stadium. Besides this unbelievable view your unit comes with an upscale interior such as the luxury German whirlpool & bathtub, the elegant Italian bedding, 2 large Flat screen TVs with cable TV, imported wood and marble flooring and a fully equipped “bachelor kitchen”, in other words : a fridge, a stove and a microwave and some cooking utensils ;) But you’re not here to cook right ?! The apartment has 1 King size bed and 1 queen size fold out sleeper sofa - Great for couples with or without kids, business travelers or single adventurers …Remember “…What happens in Vegas… ; ) If you want to dive into the nightlife just leave your car in the garage and get an Uber. It will get you over to the strip in 5 minutes. The staff is there 24/7 for your convenience, comfort and safety. Restaurants and fast food chains in walking distance. Palms Place will authorize your debit or credit card at check in for any incidentals at the rate of $100 per night, subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to you upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred. Guest access Upon arrival you check in with front desk and get your room key At least one guest needs to be over the age of 21 in order to check in. The normal check in time is 4pm but you can check in with the front desk around 1pm to see if the room has been cleaned and is ready for an early check in. The front desk will require photo ID to confirm the reservation. Palms Place will authorize your debit or credit card at check in for any incidentals at the rate of $100 per night, subject to a maximum hold of $500 per stay. The authorization hold will be released and refunded to you upon checkout should no additional charges be incurred.
