Welcoming Sunny Home: North Room

Sunny home in a quite tree filled neighborhood. Great for a week long retreat or just an overnight stop. Easy access off the interstate. Only a 5 minute drive to Razorback Stadium. Grocery, liquor store, coffee shop, and gas station within minutes. The space Window filled home up on a hill away from the street in a quiet neighborhood. Large kitchen and dining area for meals. Lovely views of the sky at sunset. Guest access Guest are welcome to use relax in the living room as well as eat and cook in the kitchen. There are also front and back porches to enjoy, deer and bunnies may be spotted. This is the host's primary residents. Host's bedroom off limits, but the rest of the home is available. During your stay I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories, but I do take my cue from the guests. I know that some guests prefer to keep to themselves, and I am happy to respect that. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns during your stay. Other things to note The Host Cat is Berkeley. He can be both friendly and standoffish. Host will contain him to her room if he is ever being a problem child.
