Enjoy the comforts of a cozy and quiet home after a long day of work or travel.  Our home is an easy two blocks from McLaren Hospital, and a short distance from multiple health centers and colleges in Bay CIty, Midland and Saginaw. Your privacy is honored. The space Fishing or Golf Tournament, this is your place to stay! Cozy, inviting room, with full size bed, large closet, dresser, and desk. Two windows, that open if you want to feel the breeze. 32 inch TV, Mini refrigerator, toaster available, in the office near your room. A Kuerig coffee maker. Please contact me if there is anything you need is available.. Towels provided while you stay. You may use our new kitchen we just remodeled . We truly believe this is the most comfortable stay you will have available to you when you're away from home. Guest access You have access to the 3 seasons porch over looking large backyard, access to dining room, kitchen, the back deck and barbeque grill, living room, dining room and the full kitchen. Please come through back door. Key code entry. You may do your laundry in the basement, if staying week or more. Soap is provided. Please, take off shoes. Put in key code. Turn right into kitchen. Turn left into dining room. Turn left and go upstairs, 14 steps. Your room is one of the two guest rooms on left. I will let you know which one is available. During your stay Feel free to ask questions and interact with us. We always respect your privacy. If there is anything you need or any concern, please feel free to ask questions or make suggestions. We welcome new ideas to make our guests comfortable. We are off and not home so it feels like you have the whole place Other things to note If you need to drop your luggage off early just let us know. Quiet time is 10pm. We appreciate your observance of this. If you need to go past your check out time, Let us know ahead of time, for we need to prepare for the next guest. You will be charged 10.00 per hour for the extension but after 3 hours for the cost of another day .
