Exclusive *hot tub* & balcony - 'Haworth Hideaway'

This private and *NEWLY* refurbished, detached apartment with it's own hot tub (with a roof) and decked garden area, is located near the Worth Valley Steam Railway with stunning views of the hills. It is a five minute drive from the historic village of Haworth (a very dog friendly place for visitors with furry friends) and is a perfect location for visiting the Brontë parsonage where the Brontë sisters lived and the moors which inspired their writing, the Yorkshire Dales, Ilkley and Saltaire. The space This property is ideal for couples looking for a hot tub retreat and dog owners. Recently refurbished, one storey apartment comes with one luxury main bedroom, bathroom with a walk-in shower, living area, with a well equipped kitchen. There are french doors leading on from the living room onto a small balcony with a few stairs down to a decked garden area with a glass balcony (reinforced safety glass), 6x person hot hub and an outdoor seating area. There is a roof over the hot tub area and the hot tub is not shared, it is solely for the Air BnB apartment. There is Netflix and a smart TV in the bedroom and living room. There are many scenic walks in the local area. It's a 5 minute drive (or a 35 minute walk) to Haworth where there are walks to Peniston Hill Country Park, bars, gift shops and historic English pubs on the edge of the countryside. Deers sometimes appear in the garden below the decked area which overlooks a garden/woodland. There is free parking for 1x car at the front of the property on a driveway. If guests wish to access Haworth via bus, there is a bus stop directly outside the apartment and taxis are easy to book (it's about £6 to Haworth). Haworth has many dog friendly pubs and cafes (that Louise, your host would be happy to recommend) and Hebden Bridge is about a 20 minute drive away, is also a beautiful historic/artistic Yorkshire town with many dog friendly shops, cafes and pubs. Bed 1- King size bed in main guest bedroom Bed 2- Small double click clack sofa bed in the living room Hot Tub- For safety there is a lid on the hot tub. Luxury towels and bed linen will be provided for your stay. **please note** Please note there is an additional charge of £25 a night for a third guest. This only applies to persons over 13 years. There is a photo of the front entrance and please note there are stairs down to the front entrance from the driveway. The driveway is above the property off the road with space to park one guest vehicle. For dog owners... please note that the outside space is wood decking and there is a gravelled entrance with a gate down to the apartment from the road side. There is no access to the grass below the decking but there are short walks directly from the apartment. There is a field about 3 minutes walk away and the host will send you a map when you book. We kindly ask dog owners to refrain from allowing their pets on the new furniture, bed and around the hot tub. It would be appreciated if muddy paws are wiped down before entering the property and dogs are not to be left unattended in the apartment. Doggies treats will be provided for your furry friends! Guest access There are stairs down the side of the property to the front door and one step up into the hallway from the front doorway (see photos).
