Set within a converted Victorian factory and close to Xscape, The landing is a creative use of space within The Chairworks recording studio. A quirky layout, ideal for 2 single people or a couple with a child. There is a double bed built into the eaves (not suitable for anyone over 6 foot or with mobility issues) and a single bed at ground level The Victorian styled shower room is below the double bed. The room is air conditioned with a smart tv. Suitable for a short stay. Guest access You enter The Chairworks into the main Reception Hall, where you will find sofas and a dining table. This area is the main access into the music studios and The Residence (a 3 bedroom apartment). This area will see musicians come and go during the day but is quiet on an evening after 7pm and can be used by guests from The Residence or The Landing.
