Full Guest House in the Foothills

A full separate guest unit in the western foothills outside of Gilroy / San Martin. In a quiet country setting on 2 1/2 acres. The private unit has its own entrance and is right in the heart of the Santa Clara Valley wine region. We've been in the hospitality business for 20 years and strive to make our rental a great experience. There are no check out chores and we allow two days between booking to insure the unit is fresh for every visitor. The space Very comfortable @ 700 sq ft, private separate guest unit. Queen Size bed in separate room and full bathroom with shower. The main room includes a small fridge, gas stove, lots of storage and a Smart TV with Directv. All the furniture is new and the space includes amenities. The guest house is set up for two people. The couch is NOT a bed. There is really only room for 2 adults. We've included a full guide book with local restaurant menus and local park hiking maps. There is good 2G Wifi in the unit and the password is provided in the guidebook. PLEASE NOTE: We have marked no children and we realize airbnb will still let one make a request for children to stay, but our winery insurance prohibits children in any area outside the bonded tasting area. We can not have children in the unit at any time. For some unknown reason Airbnb is calling out we have two beds but there is one queen bed. Guest access Full access to the unit, parking, back patio and pool(seasonal May-Sept). The pool is solar heated and generally warm enough to swim in from Mid April until Mid October. There is a garden on site to select your own vegetables from and a gas grill available.. The unit has a private entrance through a shared breezeway and is detached from the main house with its own door. You are welcome to use the entire 2 acre property and backyard during your stay. Other things to note We have a winery tasting room on site that is open every weekend of every from 12-4 Saturday and 12-4 Sunday. Tasting is in a separate building and outside area from the unit. Winery visitors do not have access to the living quarters or back yard. Let us know your arrival time if possible. We try to greet guests when they arrive and give a brief overview of the property. If we can not meet you on arrival we will provide instructions on locating the keys and accessing the unit. We do not discriminate or pre-screen guests. We are very proud to have hosted visitors from over 15 countries!
