Vandy/Belmont/10 mins to Broadway - Sunny 800 sqft

Entire private top floor of my home with shared entrance downstairs. Private. 800 sq ft of bright space in the most desirable central part of Nashville. Walk to trendy Hillsboro Village/Belmont/Vandy and dozens of restaurants and coffee shops. 10-minute Lyft/Uber to Lower Broadway. Comfortable memory foam bed. Non-smokers only. No pets. Very quiet street but still in the heart of town. Plenty of on-street parking. And now Jashan, an Indian restaurant, has opened around the corner on my block. The space Also, though this space is very close to all the fun and entertainment Nashville has to offer, it is in a quiet neighborhood and is not suitable for guests who are into major partying. It is also only suitable for non-smokers. There is no smoking on the property including the porch. Let me know if you need the futon set up as an extra bed. Also, it's always to note to know a little bit about your visit. I might be able to help. I have a limit of 2 guests but make exceptions if we discuss it in advance. If I do make an exception, there will be a $25 fee per night per extra guess. If you have a child under 12, we can adjust that. Just ask. If you require separate beds, there are two choices: 1: set up futon as a bed in the Living Room. 2: Set up a comfortable high-quality airbed in the Living Room which leaves the futon as a couch. Please note that guests over 6' will need to duck a little going through some of the upstairs doorways. There is a shared downstairs entrance. Ultra-safe neighborhood. Security cameras on the porch and back door. IN COMPLIANCE with Metro Nashville permit and business license requirements and inspections. Now the fun stuff: Entire top floor of house including bedroom with queen-sized bed (memory-foam mattress), living room/bedroom with full-sized futon and/or airbed, bathroom, and a small room with microwave, Keurig, electric kettle and dorm fridge (I've listed the space as 2 bedrooms, but one is really the living room that can be used as an extra bedroom). Typically, guests take advantage of the many breakfast/restaurant choices within walking distance and all over Nashville. You have the whole upstairs, and it is completely private. It's clean, very functional, and uncluttered as it's dedicated to Airbnb guests only. There's never a problem with dropping off or leaving your bags if you arrive before check-in. Ditto if you have a late flight. -Electronic Keypad, so never a problem checking in (you'll have a personal code) -Strong wi-fi - 74 mpbs -hi-def 50" Vizio TV with Fire TV/YoutubeTV//DVD/Blu-Ray/ HBO/Netflix/Amazon Prime -Always fresh linens and towels. No down bedding. -Bottled soap and shampoo. -Hair dryer. -usb ports for phone charging in bedside lamps. -Ironing board and Iron -Washer/Dryer (downstairs). -Microwave -Dorm-fridge -Electric Kettle -Coffee situation: Keurig coffeemaker with K-cups. Also, within walking distance of five of the best and hippest coffee shops in Nashville, Bongo Java, Fido, Biscuit Love, Proper Bagel and J. Christopher's which is on the same block right around the corner. No pets and non-smokers only please. There is no smoking (or vaping) in the apartment, on the porch, or anywhere on the property. Guest access The upstairs portion of the house is completely private. The bottom of the stairs leading to the upstairs apartment has a door with a bolt for privacy. The main entrance is shared (you'll have a code for the electronic keypad) so we may see each other from time to time. Those would be the perfect times to get my endless supply of local suggestions and tips! It's just me downstairs Other things to note For your security and the security of the house, there is a camera at the front and back doors. Both main rooms have blackout curtains.
