HUGE OPEN PLAN LIVING SPACE -- LOUNGE area has 3 new Sofas to relax with flat screen TV FITTED KITCHEN has Dishwasher, large Fridge Freezer, Oven / Hob, Microwave, Toaster .... and an abundance of utensils, pots pans etc. DOUBLE BEDROOM ON THE GROUND FLOOR -- with Shower Room just next door, with WC, basin, mirror + Shower enclosure FIRST FLOOR -- 3 More bedrooms on 1st Floor MASTER BEDROOM has ensuite Shower room with WC, Basin, Shower Another DOUBLE BEDROOM and TWIN BEDROOM FAMILY BATHROOM --- With Corner Bath and Seperate Shower enclosure. Beds will be made up for 8 guests -- But please bring your own towels FREE PARKING IS AVAILABLE HERE --- Parking permit will be given at Reception on arrival DOGS --- We can allow 1 dog at certain times. This is not always available so please contact us about this before booking. This is very important as if we already have other guests booked afterwards that have allergies, then we can not accept a dog at all. Guests safety is very very important. Please contact us about this. This is a family Holiday Resort. At certain times we can accept bookings for working professionals. Please check this before booking though .... as this is not always possible to accept Contractors. Please note : For longer stays, the cleaning company will need to arrange a mid stay clean and change of beds / linen etc .... there is an extra charge for this, this is £199 Guest access There is Free Parking at the Resort. It is advisable to have a car to get around and visit all of the amazing attractions and beaches nearby. On arrival --- Reception will give Facilities pass and parking permits, and give details of facilities. Keys will be available on arrival. Other things to note We can accept 1 dog at certain times -- please mention this before booking as this is not always available. WIFI is available at their actual property here. This house can not be used as a party house at all Only booked guests can come to the house at all. We can not accept bookings for groups of young adults under 30. This is a family resort and the resort will not let us accept these bookings. ELECTRIC CARS ..... there are charging points on the main car park. We do not allow the charging of cars at the actual house. This is strictly not allowed. Extra charges will be made if guests are found to be doing this, and guests will be asked to leave. We are not insured for car charging at the house, so we have to be very strict about this. This is a Family Holiday Resort, for family and friends to spend time together.
