Listen to the ocean waves as you fall sleep. This stunning, renovated house is an idyllic, beachside oasis for your family holiday. Located on a quiet and friendly cul-de-sac, this house has all the creature comforts: - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms - Air-conditioning/heating throughout - Hot outdoor shower - Smart TV w Netflix/Apple TV - Fully fenced backyard with gate to private pathway to beach - Off-street parking - Easy self check-in - Child friendly facilities The space The kitchen overlooks both the front and back gardens and oversees the dining and living room. The dining table can seat up to 8 people. There is a sofa located next to the dining table that our kids tend to read their books before their breakfast. The living room has a modular King sofa that is extremely comfortable and great for kicking back to watch Netflix on the 60" smart TV. Sleeping: • Bedroom 1 - 1 x King bed with ensuite • Bedroom 2 - 2 x Single beds, one with a trundle • Bedroom 3 - 1 x King single with trundle • Bedroom 4 - 1 x Queen bed Second bathroom has a shower over a bath with the toilet located in the next room. There is a gate located in the backyard that leads you to a private pathway to Tallows/Dolphins beach. This beach is a favourite surf spot for locals. Guest access Check-in details will be sent to guests via the Airbnb messaging system. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: We only accept guests over the age of 25 and a maximum of 4 adults. It is a 5-minute drive into the centre of town where restaurants, cafes, shopping, supermarket and the cinemas are.
