We will deliver the RV to the park of your choice. Cliffside Park (Quiet, less amenities yet very peaceful) or Jelly Stone Park (Tons of activities, water park, more child oriented.) Just arrive, settle in and start enjoying your camper with a view. The outdoor activities are endless and await your imagination. BEFORE YOU BOOK with us make sure a site is available for you at one of the two parks listed. If you need assistance just let us know. The space Enjoy the great outdoors without roughing it! This RV is the perfect way to bond with your family and friends. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and you'll have everything you need to cook, eat, and play together. Amenities include a short queen bed in the master bedroom, a couch, and a dinette that converts into beds. The electric awning with LED lights will provide plenty of shade during the day and light for outdoor living space at night. Amenities: 1. Electric grill 2. Refrigerator 3. Gas range 4. Microwave 5. Large sink 6. Refrigerator with freezer 7. Flush toilet and Shower 8. AC and Heat WHY RENT AN RV? You can save money on lodging costs if you RV often. RVs are expensive to purchase, maintain, and insure. They can be difficult to drive and park. You may have to pay for storage when you're not using your RV. RVs can be a target for theft and vandalism. Renting is a lower upfront cost than buying an RV. You don't have to worry about maintenance or repairs. You can try out different RVs before you buy one. You can rent an RV for a specific trip or event, without having to worry about storing it when you're not using it. What we provide: 1. Small appliances: microwave, coffee maker 2. Outdoor rug 3. Lawn chairs 4. Bed linens, pillows, blankets 5. Bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels 6. Tablecloth and tablecloth clips 7. Cleaning supplies including a broom/dustpan, hand soap, dish soap, disinfecting wipes, paper towels, glass cleaner, multi-purpose cleaner, vacuum 8. RV safe toilet paper 9. Lighter for grill and campfire 10. Grilling utensils, grill brush & marshmallow roasting sticks 11. Utility hookups and extension cord 12. Wheel chocks and leveling blocks 13. Propane tanks 14. First Aid Kit What you provide: 1. Food and beverages 2. Toiletries 3. Extra blankets 4. Outdoor games 5. Insect repellent 6. Campfire wood 7. Delivery: Delivery includes complete set up at your location, take down, and emptying of the holding tanks. You are responsible for cleaning dishes, pots/pans, kitchen, grill, and floors swept. Miscellaneous: 1. No smoking allowed in the RV 2. Pets must be approved by us and will include an additional fee. Guest access Camper will be set up and ready to use upon arrival. Self check in. We will include chairs for the fire pit, grill, and many basic necessities. Keys will be located inside the entry door on the upper left. Other things to note “pet rules” Cats are not allowed due to allergies of future guests We love dogs here but there are some basic rules: Limited to one dog only On arrival let your dog go on the grass before bringing it inside Dogs barking frequently or for extended periods is not acceptable and you must tell them to be quiet right away. All dogs bark occasionally, including mine, but it is your responsibility to control your dog and ignoring them until they stop is not an option. Bring a blanket for your dogs when sitting on the furniture. The towels are for humans only, please bring towels for dogs and muddy feet. Please report any accidents so we can ensure they are cleaned up properly and do not encourage future guest’s dogs to pee there. If your dogs sheds hair then there is a vacuum cleaner to clean it up before leaving. Dogs must not be left on their own except by prior arrangement. If they need to be left alone they should be in a kennel. Please pick up after your dog No dogs under 1 year old
