You're a 30 second walk to the beach AND to all the action (restaurants, shopping, night market, bakery etc.) Beautiful bisca lake is 10 minutes away, the Dune du Pyla 20 minutes and the Bassin d'Arcachon 30 minutes. The building is secure, with elevator and bike room. The space The apartment is on the second floor and has been entirely renovated. There are two main areas separated by a door; the rear section consists of the sleeping area, a toilet and a bathroom. The sleeping quarters are one huge bed (190x200 memory foam mattress) on the bottom, big enough for 3 adults or two adults with young children, plus two staggered single beds (90x180) above. The bathroom has a shower/bath, sink, towel warmer, washing machine and clothes drying area. The front of the apartment is the lounge, kitchen and balcony. The lounge/dining area has an extendable table with extra chairs plus a sofa bed for relaxing, or sleeping extra people. To note, it's a real bed, with a real matress (160x200), so you will actually be able to get a good night's sleep. There is a full kitchen with everything you need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, pans, cutlery, plates, salt, pepper, oil etc.) and a balcony to enjoy an evening beverage. Possibility of late or early check-in upon request (possible charge). No smoking in the apartment. No pets (although some may be considered at special request). The apartment is child friendly with toys, balls and some beach equipment (umbrella, balls, games). High chair, bath-tub and baby bed available upon request.
