Our Sage RanchVilla(s) can be designed to be a venue crafted for your desires. The uniqueness is the vastness space of our flat open property that can make for exceptional events. We have a event coordinator for addition rates that can help facilitate any/all needs. Ojai downtown is world-wide renowned as artsy and unique just 9 miles from the Sage Ranch Villa in the Upper Ojai Valley. All common areas of our Villa have tile floors, except for the bedrooms. The Great Room has a 65 inch smart Tv with games and books. The Kitchen has all the modern conveniences for cooking with much cabinet space. There is a Bar Top Counter area for seating and Interior Exterior dining tables that each sit 10 people comfortably. All the villa suites have their own Private Baths that are very spacious. The special Master Bedroom Suite is extremely large with much seating. The Master Bath has a sit down shower and a separate custom built roman soaking tub area. All the Rooms in the Villa have their own private outside patio seatings. There are three-large screen TV’s in the Villa. Central heating and air conditioning system and ceiling fans are throughout the Villa. Please look over our bed accommodations to see if the amount of rooms- beds will accomodate your group size. All rooms have tall 12 ft. ceilings and outside patio slider doors which allows much natural light to flow throughout with herds of natural Wildlife that casually graze from every window. Window treatments for privacy are in all rooms. There is a large covered carport with smooth hand troweled stucco texture that accommodates (2) large vehicles. Also additional parking is plentiful in the driveway grounds. If you want swimming pools they are everywhere in hotels and confining neighborhood homes, but if you want natural meadows - swimming creeks, hills to climb, spectacular views with acres of free and wild open space without borders or fences for kids to be children to run and play and adults to find their own kid again in the freedom of happiness and open laughter, then Sage Ranch Villa is your Diamond of Choice. There is a Cafe restaurant at the Summit Grill, a convenience market, hardware store, all within walking distance. There are bountiful and beautiful natural wildlife that can be seen from your front windows daily with limitless bird species, and lots of walking trails leading either along the bottom of the valleys, or up into the foot hills from the house. Importantly the property has three very full deep water spring wells from Sisar Water Co. of the finest quality of fresh spring water. Sage Ranch VIlla was and still remains OWNED BY THE ORIGINAL FAMILY who now offer this to share with you as our treasure. The back yard is very private with flat terrain and established shade trees. It's perfect for lounging around in the comfortably warm summer nights watching the amazing sunsets and Ojai's famous "pink moment" followed by the cooling of the indescribable white star galaxy that auras the Villa in this unique east-west mountain range wonder. → I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. The location is just a quarter mile off Hwy 150. It is 9 miles to city of Ojai and about the same distance to city of Santa Paula 126 Hwy. There are some of the best mountain biking, backpacking and walking trails straight from the home that an keep you mesmerized in awe of their beauty and could keep you busy all day long. Please treat the space with respect. No Foods or Liquids in Any Bedrooms except water. This is a no animal home with unfortunately no exceptions to the rule. Our Villa is kept IMMACULATE AND IMPECCABLY CLEAN. It’s our top priority that we take to the next level! We have literally a 5star cleaning team. ,however as with all country living there are different bloom seasons for insects, animals, and reptiles throughout the county and especially Ojai and Santa Paula. Although we have a routine professional pesticide service that caters to the local current activities , they can often have mild effect. We say this with the hopes that you book with us because you won’t book at a better rental in Ojai with such sweeping views and spacious room! 1) We encourage all guests to view all wildlife from a distance for your safety and theirs. We supply a water trough next to a water spout for all natural wild life to use and encourage your help to replenish it. 2) NO SHOE home policy to help keep the floors from dirt and debris for you and future guests.
