This is a private master suite in a home shared with two other private suite guests. Large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared. Huge tiled, covered courtyard with ping pong table and seating. Beautiful landscape with mature trees on a large lot in a great neighborhood. House has central heating and cooling with a window unit in this master suite for extra cooling. The space Onyx Properties has been providing award-winning service since 2015. We offer a wide range of properties for short and mid-term furnished rentals at various price points. Our properties are the ideal blend of aesthetics + functionality that guarantee and extraordinary experience during your stay. This is a Spanish-style large home in a nice neighborhood. There are three separate suites. Each suite consists of a private bedroom and private bathroom. This listing for the master suite has its own separate entrance. All suites have their own key locks. This master suite has a window unit air conditioner for extra cooling in addition to the central air conditioning. Please only run this air conditioner when you are in your suite. Security cameras in front and tall concrete wall on backside of property-quiet and secure. We allow a maximum of 5 guests in this large home. Also, for our shared housing arrangements, we provide monthly cleaning service for the community areas only. Guests are charged a reasonable fee for this cleaning. You may ask us what the fee would be during your stay. Peacock Premium Plus Minimum stay 30 days. Garage parking. There are no neighbors in back of you; only the river and walking trails. Guest access We require that you notify us if you have an electric vehicle. There are walking trails along the St John's River. To be fair, this is a very small river. : ) As an FYI, there is a Casita on the property with a separate entrance, separate patio and separate address. During your stay I enjoy hosting. My hosting style is to give you clear information in advance of your stay; to make it easy for you to plan your travel and live comfortably in your new temporary home. Other things to note * If you are booking on airbnb or on our website, you will be charged approximately one months' rent at a time. * We require and provide cleanings every 30 days for a fee. * You must obtain approval from management for any guests visiting for more than 3 days. * We charge for lost or damaged items. * Please clean up the shared outside living areas after using them. * Park in your assigned parking space at all times. * Thermostat may be adjusted down to 74 in the summer and up to 70 in the winter. Upon booking, guests will be asked to complete a check-in form and sign a rental agreement. This is done electronically and takes about 5 minutes to complete
