Private Guest suite centrally located in quiet neighborhood just minutes from Red Rocks, downtown, restaurants, and shopping. Walk 2 blocks to endless hiking and biking paths along bear Creek. Only one hour from world class ski resorts. The space Private guest suite has its own private entrance around the back of my home. Enjoy very comfortable mattresses on the queen size bed and pull out couch. Very fast WIFI, flat screen smart TV to watch your favorite streaming service. Coffee maker, hot water kettle, microwave, fridge with freezer. Store your clothes in the dresser or hang on portable closet rack. Pull up a chair to the large dining table. Guest access Dedicated parking space in my driveway and free street parking. Suite is accessed up some stairs around the back of my home. My 2 dogs may be in my backyard and may bark at you, but they are sweethearts and will not bite. Other things to note The suite is above my garage and shares one small wall with my home.
