This is a wonderful venue for couples, families, and group gatherings. There are four bedrooms (K, K, Q, F bunk) as well as a hide-a-bed sofa and a futon in the living area. It can sleep up to 14 but sleeps 8 privately. The amenities include cable, Internet,gazebo, private pool, BBQ, wood burning chiminae, and outdoor sound system. Located within 15 minutes of both the AZ Cardinals stadium and the Mariner's/Dodgers spring training facility. The space Our home can accommodate up to 14 guests by utilizing all the bedroom areas, as well as the hide-a-bed and futon located in the living areas. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and an incredible back yard to relax in and enjoy the beautiful Arizona sunshine. The house comes equipped with televisions in the living room, dining room, and two large bedrooms. We also have a variety of movies and games,books, and sporting equipment. The back yard area includes a private pool with a water feature and water slide, outdoor sound system, BBQ area, and an outdoor chiminae. Nearby are many parks with playgrounds, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, soccer, and baseball fields. In addition, major shopping, dining, and nightlife are are close by. Our house is only 12-15 minutes from Westgate and the AZ Cardinals stadium, as well as the Seattle Mariners and LA Dodgers spring training facility. Zoos, aquariums, Wet'n'Wild water park, and Castles & Coasters Family Fun Center are all a short drive away. We have a space that caters to your group's every need, no matter what the age! Guest access Guests have full access to the house with the exception of a few storage closets. Guests do have access to a full laundry facility.
