No one else lives on the property. Other things to note There is no dishwasher. We will be onsite for outdoor property maintenance. This includes snow clearing and general groundskeeping. We provide limited quantities of basic items to get your stay started, including toilet paper, paper towel, soap, salt and pepper, sugar, tea, and coffee. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. We provide one bath towel per registered guest. Should you require more, please plan accordingly. There is a king and double bed inside the two bedrooms. One additional floor single mattress is available upon request prior to booking and only available for groups more than 4 people. For stays over 28 days a separate lease is required to be e-signed by you prior to check in and to receive check in instructions. By booking this home you accept the terms and waive the host and co-host for any liability. We take no responsibility for any slip and fall incidents at the property. We have arranged for snow removal. However, we take no responsibility if snow is not removed on time or there is a fall and slip instance at the property. Please also note that we do not take any responsibility for any damage to your car and any belongings at the property caused due to any reason.
