Apartment Theresia – View of the Alps

The apartment Theresia is located on a beautiful and sunny mountainside with a breathtaking panorama view of the surrounding Alps. The closest hiking trails and cross-country skiing tracks are only 200m away from the apartment and you can start them right behind the house. From the end of May until mid October, the »Summercard« is included in each booking, which allows you to go on many adventures for free (entrance to the Dachstein glacier, bathing lakes, cable cars, busses, ...). The space The apartment is very quiet, lovely furnished with wooden furniture and has a terrace, where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner outdoors. (It is equipped with a table, chairs and deck-chairs for you to use.) Through a spacious entrance with a coat rack, you get into a large living room with an open cooking and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms with kingsize beds, a very spacious bathroom including a shower, bathtub and toilet and there is also a separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided and do not need to be brought. The whole apartment is 68 square meters big. The apartment is fully equipped with all comforts and faces the south, which makes it very bright. The cosy fireplace creates a snugly atmosphere in winter. The sunny apartment is located in a very quiet and small neighborhood surrounded by fields and mountain views. At dawn you can even observe deer coming close to the house over the fields and in summer there are cows grazing. You will hear the calming sounds of nature from the garden and when you get up early, you can experience breathtaking sunrises directly on the terrace or from the sofa in the living room. It’s an invitation for seekers of the quiet, nature lovers, adventurers and families. There is no better place to relax than a place that feels like home! During summertime all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, mountain climbing, mountain biking, rafting, etc. can be done in our region. In winter you can enjoy one of Europe’s biggest cross-country and alpine skiing area – just a few minutes away by car. Ramsau, which is the closest town with 2 supermarkets, a farm shop and restaurants can be reached by car within 10 minutes. A bus stop is located 100 meters away from the apartment. The bus will take you to the cable car station Reiteralm/Fageralm (skiing area Amadé), as well as Ramsau center. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment through a separate entrance on the lower level of the newly built house. If you arrive by car, you will find a large parking spot right by the house. To get to the apartment, just go down the stairs by the main entrance. If you have small children, we can provide a baby bed and a baby`s chair. The daily local tourist tax is 1,50 € per person per day and can be paid in cash at the day of check in.
