Living room, kitchen and loggia is shared, private toilet.Flat is located in a beautifull meditterian style new building (blue and white colours).. perfect location, 10 min walk to center and 5 min walk to Kolovare beach, nerby is city gallery ( foods, fashion, bars).. Lots of natural light and greens in flat adds to the unique atmosfere..in the building there is a restaurant and a nice caffe bar, really quite and peacfull neighborhood perfect for relaxation:)
