Bring your own special shampoos and toiletries (although some samples are provided.) Suggest shopping and bringing some snacks and food before you start your retreat. Nearest Kroger is about 7 miles north on Route 29. The cabin is small; best for one person since this space is dedicated for retreats, study, & spiritual reflection. Guest access Grassy area in front of cabin, river front walking access, provided river is not in a flood stage. Need to wear camp like attire; water proof boots since the area has underground springs and is in the flood plane. Other things to note Laudromat is available 10 miles north in Chillicothe. No pets, no smoking, no parties, no exceptions. (No incense or pot because of odors that seep into the bedding and fabrics.) No internet provided, although your HOT SPOT will work. (Encourage unplugging here, listening to the Silence.) Long term renters can hook up their WIFI with Comcast in their own name for around $60.
