Getaway with Heated Pool!

This home is centrally located to all the great things Florida has to offer! Enjoy relaxing in our great outdoor living space surrounded by the fabulous, heated pool! The space There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of room to relax in the living room or outside around the screened in pool! The home sleeps a total of 6 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, utensils, and anything needed for cooking! We installed a pool heater in the fall of 2022 for year around enjoyment! Strong Wi-Fi as well. Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy! We provide keyless access upon arrival. Other things to note This is a nice quiet residential area, so NO PARTIES are allowed! Also, there is NO SMOKING AND NO DRUGS. Any violation of these rules will result in $500 charge per incident. We want to be respectful of our neighbors so no loud music past 10pm.
