The Country Penthouse - close to Skiing & MTB

Right in the heart of the Kettle Moraine State Forest, what we're calling the Country Penthouse is a great place to retire after a day of cycling, hiking, skiing (nordic or at Alpine Valley), or just visiting the area. Just a mile from the John Muir & Nordic trail systems. And hey, your stay is located above WI famous, Backyard Bikes & sandwich shop. Where you can stop in and relax with coffee, sandwiches, bakery, beer & bikes! We hope you love this place as much as we do. The space Bike rental are just below you reserve at Backyardbikes.com. Looking for your favorite sandwiches or coffee? It's all right in the Sandwich shop below you :) Newly upgraded mattress! High quality memory foam (queen)! If you’re a coffee or tea drinker and you know you need your caffeine fix first thing in the morning please bring your OWN favorites, as we do not provide these & the shop below doesn’t open until 11am :) Please let us know if you plan to bring your pup (only one pup allowed, dog must be under 60lbs) with you, we do NOT allow cats or any other animals in the BnB. The bnb does not have its own private yard, the business below owns the grounds & in peak months does get busy with awesome people, bikes, families all hanging out and enjoying the yard. Guest access The whole apartment is yours for the duration of your stay! You have your very own private entrance to come and go as you please, there is a nice sized porch/mudroom as you enter with a space to hang bikes if you are traveling with them.
