We have a large and modern house, buildt in 2013. It has a magnificent view over the lake Mjörn, near to fine beaches, the citycenter of Alingsås and only 30 min from Gothenburg. The house is located in a new, nice area for families with children. The space With a magnificent view over the lake, a large balcony with dining area for at least 8 persons, large grill for barbecue and a small garden it is perfect for a family with children. The house is build in 2013, with a modern design and large rooms with all necessary facilities. The house is 200 m2 on two floors with room for 6 guests. It's a spacous house with lot's of room for you, your family and friends. Entrence floor: Large, spacous full-service kitchen with dining area that seats up to 10 people, living room and fireplace. Via the kitchen you reach the balcony/terrace with sun from morning to night. One bedroom with a double bed. Bath room with shower. Downstairs: Large living room with TV. One master bedroom with a double bed, two childrens room with two single beds, spacious bath room with both shower and bath tub. In the small garden there is a trampoline and soccer goal for the younger children and outdoor furniture. Guest access The rent includes everything you need during your stay, such as electricity, hot water, parking just outside the house, barbeque grill and WIFI. Other things to note The house is suited in a nice new build district. There is a lot of houses close to each other and there is continuosly new houses under construction. You might have some inconvinience due to construction work.
