A quality blind at the window that blocks most of the light. The back bedroom has 2 single beds. You can see the sea from the window and also the Isle of man on a clear day. There is fully equipped kitchen which is very recent. Microwave, kettle, toaster , Fridge, Freezer, Washer dryer, coffe machine. There is also of course basic cooking equipment. small bathroom with an over bath thermostatic shower. Very efficient gas central heating for those chilly evenings. Guest access Parking is available opposite on our private car park. There is plenty of room for a larger van or 2 cars. You can walk down into town via a footpath to the main road. It takes less than 15mins. It is up hill on the way back. this distance is 1.2 miles. Other things to note My apartment has been described as well above average. I have decorated and furnished it in a manor that I would be happy to live in myself. It is very quiet so not really suited to people who want to party until the small hours.
