Walk 15min to 9th Ave for boutique shopping, take a lime bike downtown in 5min or cruise the bow river trail. The space Private double parking pad for 2 vehicles available your entire stay Backyard with fire pit, wood, 2 adirondack chairs and hammock for 1 Deck with patio furniture to seat 4 for chillen or outdoor dining Yoga mat and umbrella at front door for your use Fully loaded kitchen for all your cooking and coffee making needs -appliances & utensils only -coffee honey and sugar supplied -BYO milk or cream & groceries -no microwave Breakfast/reading nook in kitchen Home office with printer access at additional cost if you need Cozy living room with lots of seating Fully loaded large en-suite bathroom Tempur-pedic queen bed with luxury bedding & feather down pillows **Please no food or drink in bedroom!** Those crisp whites are tricky to keep clean :) Air mattress available by request Please let me know if you are coming with a furry friend. Guest access Back door entrance through backyard ONLY - the front door and top floor of the house are for full time tenants that reside upstairs. There are no shared spaces - everything you have access to is all yours :) Other things to note I do not have wifi. Sorry for the inconvenience!
