ZEN in the Winds is a relaxing 4 person condominium We see to it that we provide our guests utmost comfort and relaxation they’ll need. Our clean and comfortable 32 sq meter unit is your home away from home. Get all the relaxation you need by watching a movie with our 55” SmartTV w/ soundbar, WiFi, Netflix, TV plus, hot water, kitchenware, and utensils. You’ll surely don’t have to worry about anything else! 😌 The space Our condominium unit is located at Wind Residences’ Tower 2. It is strictly non-smoking/non vaping and no pets allowed room. With the building’s 24-hour security and surveillance services, you’ll definitely not going to worry about your security and safety. Our unit can accept maximum of 4 pax but 5 is possible with additional fee related for a cost to be paid to Wind admin. This will be paid in cash upon check in. Our unit is a 32 sq meter Studio Type Condo which contains the following which could help you feel comfortable all throughout your stay: Living Room and Comfort - Split type air conditioner - TCL 55-inches Smart TV - Bluetooth Sound Bar - Mirror - Two bed side lamps and bed side tables - Linens and beddings for all beds - 1 double bed and two pillows - 1 sofa bed and two pillows - 1 floor mattress and one pillow Kitchen - Refrigerator - Microwave - Stove - Rice Cooker - Dining utensils (spoons, forks, teaspoons, scissors, drinking glasses) Bath - Hot shower -Towels (we'll be providing TWO towels for your entire stay, regardless of the duration) - Tissue (we'll be providing TWO tissue rolls for your entire stay, regardless of the duration) - Good for 2 guests toiletries (2 toothbrushes, toothpaste, 1 round soap, shampoo, and conditioner) - Shampoo and body wash are also available - Water closet with bidet We see to it that our unit is as relaxing as it could be. We believe that the key to a relaxing feel is the cleanliness and orderliness of the place. This is exactly what we want to make you feel - a zen peaceful feeling, far away from all the clutter. ✨💫 Guest access Guests can use the entire condominium unit. This includes the bathroom with heater; bedroom space with a double bed, sofa bed, and a single extra bed mattress. Guests can use our fully-equipped kitchen which is complete with cookware, kitchen utensils, dining plates and utensils, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Guests can cook and bring in food, however, we will not allow guests to cook and bring smelly food like wet and dried fish, dried squid, shrimp or fish paste (bagoong), any type of fish, durian, and the like. Detailed guide will be provided on our house rules. All of our guests have the access to the following amenities. Note that some of the amenities of Wind Residences require a separate guest fee that's mandated by the condominium administration. - FREE access to the Sky Lounge located at Tower 3. New policy from Wind Residences Property Management that Sky Lounge access schedule is during Saturdays and Sundays. To avail of this, all you need to do is to register at the lobby of Tower 3. - MINIMAL fee for clubhouse amenities use - clubhouse is open where amenities are located. - admin for payment of amenities is closed on Saturday afternoon, Sunday and holidays and if you want to avail the amenities, we can buy the amenities vouchers for you ahead in case your check in day falls on days when the admin office is closed. Please advise us ahead but there should be no cancellation in case we already bought your vouchers and you will pay this in cash during your check in. All adult guests are required to be fully vaccinated to be allowed to stay at Wind Residences. Please bring your vaccination card. Clubhouse has: 2 outdoor pools 1 heated indoor pool 3 badminton courts Basketball court Tennis court Game room with billiards, darts, and table tennis SCHEDULE: All of the swimming pools are open from 7am to 6PM FEES: Darts (Php 150 per hour and Php50 per dart pin) Billiards (Php 150 per hour and Php50 per cue stick) Table tennis (Php 150 per hour and Php50 per racket) For outdoor pools and indoor pool: PhP 150 per guest per day during regular days, PhP 300 per guest per day on holidays. Basketball court (PhP 80 per guest for Php200 per hour for lights from 6-10pm) Tennis court (PhP 80 per guest electricity fee of PhP 200 per hour from 6 PM to 10 PM) Badminton court (PhP 200 per hour during the day, electricity fee PhP 200 per hour from 6 PM to 10 PM, Php 100 per pc per hour rental) Exclusive parking slot is available close to our Tower lobby which offers convenience to our guests. To avail of the parking, please advise us upon booking to reserve. A minimal fee of 200 pesos per overnight stay for multiple entry is our charge. Another option is about 300 meter walk to a carpark behind the clubhouse at 150 pesos overnight parking for multiple entry. Note: Fees for the use of amenities can be paid at the Building Administration Office (Tower 5, Upper Ground Floor). The office is open DAILY from 9 AM to 6 PM except on holidays. Nevertheless, guests are free to walk around the premises and enjoy Tagaytay's fresh air. Other things to note Note that the price can vary from the indicated listing.
