Welcome to our charming house on Île d'Oléron, the perfect place to welcome your family. Nestled in the heart of a peaceful residence, it is just a 5-minute walk from the sea. You can enjoy everything on foot: the market (which is held every morning in summer), the supermarket, the bakery, the port, the restaurants. The space Bed info: - A reservation for 2 people includes a double bed only. - A reservation for 3 people includes a double bed + single bed or 1 double as you wish - A reservation for 4 people includes a double bed + 2 single beds or 1 single bed and a double bed as you wish. If you want more beds, a surcharge of €16 will be requested for the extra bedding and cleaning of the room. - A reservation for 5/6 people includes all beds. Guest access The house is completely available. You can park in the driveway of the house or in front of the house. Please do not use the fireplace as it is not in working order. Other things to note Please respect the house and the neighborhood: - No smoke inside the house. - Please be quiet after midnight to respect the neighborhood - Do not use the fireplace - No recharging an electric car - Be careful when using the barbecue - The house must be left in the condition you found it (garbage can emptied, barbecue clean, dishes clean and tidy...).
