To save time and money we advise you to use metro train. Our place is about 5 km from the LB Nagar metro station. Therefore it would be best to hire a cab till LB nagar metro station and then travel via metro rail to reach different places in the city. Please note that It will take about 5-10 minutes to reach the LB nagar metro station and from there the farthest place the metro train travels is to Miyapur, you can reach this place within 40-45 minutes. So if you have any plans in Hitech city or want to visit Durgam Cheruvu Lake for boating and its cable bridge for sight seeing, Shilparamam Cultural Village (shop for antiques for Indian arts and crafts), KBR National Park (a green space for suitable for relaxation and having fun), and the Inorbit Mall and Sarth city mall for shopping and dining. A few points to NOTE: **** We can provide all the comforts of a home BUT not the ambiance of a star hotel, so couples who need the ambiance of a star hotel need to check the pics before booking, the house is the same as per the pics available in the listing*** *The Independent house(villa) is 500 meters from Mahavir Harina Vanasthali National Park, Hyderabad-Vijayawada National Highway.* * The main door has a Magnetic Mosquito Screen Door Net, which blocks out the musquitoes and you can enjoy the garden and the home* *The nature-friendly villa/house is built on 400 sq yards(3600 square feet) of space, with 200 sq yards as a garden and ample parking space.* *If you hate congested spaces and the lifestyle in apartments then the house is perfect for you! You can play a shuttle or cricket in the garden(open space). * *The house is an independent villa, with trees that are 30 years old. You can have organic lemons, amla, oranges, pomegranates, and mangoes for free if you are there during the fruit season! Soon it will be the season for mangoes and we have a Banaganapalli mango tree in the garden.* * For drinking we supply mineral water and for bathing, and washing we get water from GHMC. *The kitchen is fully stocked, with a rice cooker, & induction stove, & the utensils include plates, cups, glasses, bowls, pans, kettle, glasses, and storage vessels. Some rice, pulses, oil, pickles, salt, sugar, red chili powder, noodles, coffee, & tea are always stocked in the kitchen for you! You are welcome to use it* * You don't have to climb any stairs so for elders it is suitable and safe for kids* Enjoy your hassle-free stay at our place. * It doesn't offer the luxuries of an apartment where space is limited but if you are a nature lover and more of an outdoor person then you will love the place* * A queen bed and a sofa cum bed suitable for 3 people is available on the premises and the house can accommodate a total of 4-5 people, additionally, we can provide blankets, pillows, and mats ONLY.* The independent house(villa) is very close to the national Deer Park/Resort, where you can take your kids on safari or leisurely spend time appreciating nature. You can visit Ramoji Film City (resort) and other holiday spots mentioned below. You can travel via metro to see all the IPL matches at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad If you love nature, an early morning hike can help you see all the lovely and exotic birds in your garden! A huge deer garden is about 500 meters away, so you can visit it daily while jogging or walking. This national park, which sprawls across several acres, was created for endangered blackbuck deer. The kitchen has ample space, and you can do your cooking. It is well stocked with a rice cooker and induction stove apart from some basic utensils. The place is very close to good eateries (restaurants) like Paradise, Mcdonalds, KFC, subbayya gari hotel. The house welcomes pets as well, as long as cleanliness is maintained. ******You have full access to the single-bedroom house and the garden**** within the premises. Three other rooms are rented out to our tenants, but they will remain in their own space, and your privacy will remain intact. It is a single bedroom house BUT the large rooms can accommodate 3-4 people. **** Guest access You have complete access to the 200 square yards of the garden area. So while you stay at my space, you will enjoy the one-bedroom villa inclusive of the huge garden. Please note the house has other rooms which have been rented out, but they will NOT invade your privacy, and none of the rooms belonging to the single bedroom will be shared by anyone else. We do have a pet dog(golden retriever) on the terrace, it is quiet peaceful and friendly dog and u will barely hear it bark, so if u want to play with it then let us know, we will arrange sometime with it. Other things to note 1. You can bring your pet, but do maintain cleanliness. 2. Don't break any branches or pluck flowers or fruits from the garden. 3. While leaving, please keep the garbage outside. NOTE: You are free to enjoy the ripe mangoes or lemons fallen from the trees.
