Only a mile drive to the Downtown Overland Park district full of great restaurants, shops and bars. This location is in the center of Kansas City with easy access to the KC Plaza, Power & Light District, City Market or anything else you'd like to explore during your visit. The space At The Leaning Chimney Loft you'll have a private entrance to the full upstairs all to yourself to relax. Complete with Queen bed, full bath, 43" Smart TV (We have Streaming TV with FREE Netflix & Amazon Prime and local live broadcast TV for your viewing. NO CABLE TV provided), coffee bar with Keurig coffee pods & unflavored creamer, mini fridge with bottled water and a microwave. If you need to do a little work there's a laptop table next to the chair. FYI, The shower is on the small side and is only 6ft tall however, it does have a hand held shower head. Guest access Free parking on the "right side" of the driveway, walk through the backyard gate, across a few stepping stones, up the deck stairs to your keyless entry. Once you enter there's one more flight of stairs up to the space and then meet our "Leaning Chimney". During your stay You'll be able to come and go through your private entrance using the keypad however, if you need anything to make your stay more enjoyable please feel free to message me. Other things to note There are french doors that are locked at the bottom of your space for your privacy. However, if you need anything during your stay you're welcome to message me. I do have two fur babies that might announce your arrival (woof woof) but they are never allowed into or have access to the loft area.
