A beautiful house, made with a lot of love, on the beach itself, right on the sand. 50 steps from the sea. A quiet, wonderful place to connect with nature. It makes you want to stay forever :) Ecological, well isolated, fully electric, with solar panels and water reuse for the garden. It's inside the Las Mostazas condominium. On an amazing beach. A 10-minute drive to Guanaqueros, 20 to Tongoy and 45 to La Serena. Jumbo purchases arrive at the door of the house. The space The house has 3 nice rooms, each with its own bathroom. Plus a service or beach bathroom and grill. It has a large common space with a bar and a large dining room as well. A large, beautiful terrace with a grill, stove, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining area. There is a campfire area at the bottom of the garden, also with a grill and table for a barbecue and camping. We always leave 2 stand up paddle boards and life jackets of different sizes to go out paddling in the sea. A beautiful experience. There is also for the end of the day, and with the idea of taking care of the water, a beach shower, just before going up to the house, to bathe quickly and remove the salt and sand before going up.
