The apartment has an area of 60 square meters, is partially basement with a separate entrance. It was renovated in October 2021 and is equipped with all amenities: private bathroom, equipped kitchen, air conditioning, heating, fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi. There is the possibility of using the large garden with solarium, barbecue and outdoor kitchen. It can accommodate up to 4/6 people divided between a bedroom and the rest of the apartment. The space Inside the State Coastal Nature Reserve, better known as Pineta, there is an oasis of relaxation called "Apartment Nonna Genoveffa". The house is named after my great-grandmother Genoveffa, who was always very helpful and welcoming to friends and relatives. From her, I took this side of my character and launched myself into this adventure. The property is divided into a partially basement open space with an independent entrance and two finished rooms on the first floor. All accommodations enjoy the following services: private bathroom (only for the open space), with shared bathroom with whirlpool tub (available to the rooms on the first floor), equipped kitchen, air conditioning, independent heating, kitchen, wi-fi, television and serial free return. Guest access The "Nonna Genoveffa" apartment is located within a residential complex away from traffic and city stress, but a short walk from all services (bars, supermarkets, rotisseries, pizzerias and so on). In front of the villa there are free parking spaces that are added to the reserved parking lot of the property. A few kilometers away (about 8) is the archaeological area of Ostia Antica, the coast, the bike path and the park for sports activities. A few more kilometers (about 15) will take you to the Euroma 2 shopping center, the beautiful Laghetto dell'Eur, the famous Luneur playground and the Tre Fontane Sports Center.
