Welcome to our home! Discover the magic of Paris while enjoying the calmness of our cozy room, in a quiet residential area, just outside the city. Relax in your space with separate bathroom, soft linens and towels. Access to the kitchen and garden. Check-in is available between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. Please let us know your check-in and check-out times and introduce yourself when booking. A surcharge may apply after 9 p.m. A warm stay awaits you! The space Our house is a few minutes' walk from metro line 7, offering quick access to the main sights of Paris. Gare de l'Est is just 20 minutes away, while Châtelet and Opéra are 30 minutes away. We'd love to recommend our favorite local places! Additional information: • We have a very friendly cat named Josephine, and a puppy named Mozza. • Our house and rooms are non-smoking. • Outside guests and parties are not allowed. • As we work during the week, we ask our guests to respect our peace and quiet and avoid coming back too late during the week.
